Waterfront Grill is an upscale fusion restaurant in Jenks, Oklahoma. Situated between the Arkansas River on Aquarium Drive, water plays an important theme in the design of the building. As you approach the entry, three fountain heads playfully spill from the wall into an integral basin. Walls, full of windows, look out onto the patio seating and the river beyond. The patio cover is a translucent blue-green polycarbonate designed with a custom light system, gently projecting a rippling water effect across the entire span. Likewise the patio floor features hand-dyed concrete mimicking the blue-greens of water. Inside, the main dining room has a dramatic woven ceiling arching across the space and custom red leather seating graces each booth. At close to 9,000 square feet, it boats seating for roughly 200 inside and 80 more outside.
